Mr. Couper earned his B.S. in Accounting at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC. He spent 12 years in public accounting including 7 with PWC audit services. While with PWC, Jeff spent 2 years in Eastern Europe performing capital market consulting work with Russian government officials. Jeff has served as Controller and CFO for multiple businesses in healthcare including PE backed portfolio companies. He is an active CPA whose core strengths include process improvement, risk management, tax strategies, M&A, and streamlining.
